Deputy Manager - Manufacturing Operations

- Oversee manufacturing operations and shop-floor activities.

- Ensure production targets are met in line with quality and cost standards.

- Implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and operational excellence initiatives.

- Manage production planning, resource allocation, and capacity utilization.

- Drive reduction in wastage, rework, and cycle time.

- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams.

- Ensure compliance with ISO, IATF, safety, and regulatory requirements.

- Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors and engineers.

- Support new product introduction (NPI) and process improvements.
