Role Overview:

We are looking for a Deputy Manager / Manager - Visual Merchandising & Styling to lead visual merchandising and styling execution across stores and ensure consistent brand presentation across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead visual merchandising and styling execution across stores.

- Develop seasonal VM guidelines and styling concepts.

- Ensure consistent brand presentation across all locations.

- Conduct VM training and audits.

- Support team development across visual merchandising and styling.

- Partner with Marketing and Store Operations to drive sales and customer experience.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's in Fashion, Visual Merchandising, or related field.

- 5 - 7 years of VM & styling experience in apparel retail.

- Strong leadership, creativity, and presentation skills.

- Experience managing store teams and multi-store VM operations.

- Experience from an international brand.

Preferred:

- Immediate joiners from apparel/fashion retail brands
