Deputy Manager/Manager - Operations & Finance - Securities Market

- We are seeking a dynamic Finance and Operations professional to join our team in Delhi.

- The ideal candidate holds a Chartered Accountant qualification, MBA, or Master's in Finance, with 3-5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in securities market roles such as PMS, stock broking, fund management, or investment advisory.

- The role requires strong financial and accounting expertise, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to interpret financial statements for data-driven decisions. Attention to detail, compliance orientation, and effective communication for cross-functional collaboration are essential. Experience with financial tools and software is preferred, and certifications such as CPA or CFA are an added advantage.

- Responsibilities include overseeing core financial and operational functions
