An ideal candidate will be a BTech &amp; MBA and maximum notice of 30 days. - Should be good in Membership Acquisition, Engagement and Stakeholder Management - Relationship building with member companies/senior industry leaders. - Driving multilevel membership engagement through various forums &amp; initiatives. - Build industry wide agenda through council &amp; special interest groups. - Drive initiatives through implementation. - Identifying potential members companies. - Stakeholder management for eg local &amp; state Government, other likeminded entities. Developing newer IT Destinations : - Setting up newer chapters - Navigating industry agenda/initiatives agreed upon by the council - Appointment of new members. Member communication: - Handling membership queries of various kinds. - Informing members about initiatives/upcoming events. - Day to day queries/ Annual payment follow-up etc Must Have : - Post-Graduation with 6-8 years of relevant experience preferably with exposure to associations. - Content development &amp; writing skills - Front ending &amp; relationship management - Selling skills - Self-starter and team player - Ability to multi-task and work under pressure. - Basic understanding of technology tools. - Good language, communication and writing skills
