Job description:

- Internal Audit execution for Manufacturing Clients preparing Audit Plan,reports etc

- Exp of Plant/Factory Audit, Production audit, procurement to pay, order to cash, hire to retire

- Understand the business and identify risks with the practice to mitigate the risks Client handling & adhere to timelines

SAP user knowledge

- Conduct end-to-end internal audits for clients in the manufacturing industry, including planning, execution, and reporting.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls related to production, inventory, procurement, supply chain, quality control, fixed assets, and plant operations.

- Perform risk assessments and identify areas of improvement across operational, financial, and compliance processes.

- Review standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices

- Prepare detailed audit reports, documenting audit findings, risk implications, and agreed management actions.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.

- 2-6 years of experience in internal audit, risk advisory, or process consulting, preferably in a Big 4/Big 6 firm or CA Firms.

- Knowledge of internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO), SOX/ICFR, and statutory compliance requirements relevant to the manufacturing sector.
