Position Deputy Manager / Manager

Education - CA Qualified

Qualification: Chartered Accountant with 1-5 years of relevant post-qualification experience

Experience:

- 1-2 years or more of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in Banking.

- Working experience of IFRS / Ind AS in a financial services company (Bank / NBFC). Experience of implementing IFRS will be preferable.

- Good experience with Core Banking Solutions (CBS).

- Candidate should be conversant with old Accounting Standards issued by ICAI, IFRS converged Ind AS, RBI circulars relevant for financial reporting.

Job Description:

- Part of the current Financial Reporting team

- Preparation of Financial accounts on monthly, quarterly, annually under IndAS and existing local GAAP, as the case may be

- Implementation of IndAS / IFRS

- Preparation / updation / reviews of accounting policy of the Bank to ensure they are consistent with latest guidance issued by ICAI, RBI, SEBI, MCA

- System enhancements, BRDs, UATs, etc relating to CBS accounts,

- Any other financial reporting to meet new accounting / regulatory pronouncements.

- Audit of Financial accounts / related reporting

- Documentation and periodic review of key processes and controls relating to Financial reporting

- Covering financial reporting aspects of all new products / system roll outs

- Reinforcing and embedding strong control framework around current processes.
