Deputy Manager/Manager - Finance - NBFC - CA

Job Description:

- Preparation and review of monthly schedules based on GL closure

- Handling RBI inspection, Internal Audit, IFC, and Statutory Audit

- Coordination with stakeholders/departments for smooth functioning

- Validation of RMS reports and reconciliation with SAP ledgers

- Preparation of RBI-related schedules, indent, and filing of RBI returns

- Understanding product features and performing UAT in LMS & SAP for new product launches to ensure seamless accounting entries

Candidate Requirements:

CA qualified with 2-3 years of experience in:

- Accounting

- General Ledger accounting

- Taxation

- Preparation of financial statements

- Experience in NBFC (added advantage)

Strong understanding of:

- IND AS

- GST

- Income Tax

Functional Competencies:

- Preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements

- Knowledge of RBI provisions and circulars relevant to NBFCs issued from time to time
