About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Visual Merchandising and Styling professional to lead VM and styling execution across stores for an apparel retail brand. The role will focus on seasonal VM guidelines, styling concepts, brand presentation, store execution and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead visual merchandising and styling execution across stores.

- Develop seasonal VM guidelines and styling concepts.

- Partner with Marketing and Store Operations to drive sales and enhance customer experience.

- Conduct VM training and audits across stores.

- Support team development and ensure effective execution of VM standards.

- Ensure consistent brand presentation across all store locations.

- Manage store teams and multi-store VM operations.

- Drive effective implementation of visual merchandising and styling initiatives across stores.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion, Visual Merchandising or a related field.

- 5 - 7 years of experience in Visual Merchandising and Styling within apparel retail.

- Strong leadership, creativity and presentation skills.

- Experience managing store teams and multi-store VM operations.

- Experience with an international brand.

- Immediate joiners from apparel or fashion retail brands are preferred.
