Deputy Manager/Manager - Environmental Sustainability

Location: Haresamudram (Base location) & Kudithini.

Job Responsibilities:

- Monitoring of Stack Emissions, Ambient Air Quality Monitoring and Noise levels in plant and submitting the reports.

- Monitoring of Water & Air pollution control equipment's are in healthy condition.

- Implementation of Environment developments with coordination of concerned plants like Power Plant, Sinter Plant, Blast Furnace and DISP plants.

- Preparation and submission of Compliance reports like CTO, EC and Environment statements to APPCB & KSPCB & MOEF.

- Preparation and submission of reports like Form-4, Form-5, Form-8, E-waste returns, Self-Declarations etc., as per schedule to APPCB & KSPCB.

- Monitoring the Hazardous Waste Management System and submitting the documents to the authorities.

- Preparation of Sustainability data (BRSR) as per guideline recommended by corporate.

- Preparation of Pre-Feasibility Report (PFR) for Environment Clearance Expansion.

- Co-ordination with consultant for submission of Environment Clearance application to MOEF.

- Preparation of Environment Monitoring schedule to fulfill all statutory requirement & Compliance.

- Coordinating and liaison with statutory authorities in connection with environment management and submitting the necessary statutory documents to the authorities.

- Coordinating with the visits of Pollution Control board officials and participating in the meetings with APPCB/KSPCB/ MoEF.

- Coordinating with statutory authorities for any amendments to Consent, renewal of consent etc.

- Maintaining statutory registers/ records pertaining to environment management and same produce to authorities from time to time.

- Maintaining greenbelt.

- Responsible for deployment of policies and systems of the ISO 14001 and maintaining the documentation/reports.

- Interacting with the surrounding industries in sharing the best practices for improving the environmental standards.

Qualification:

Qualification: Masters in environment/ Graduation in chemical engineering.

Languages Should Speak & Read : Telugu, English & Hindi.
