Job Description : The Deputy Manager, Learning & Engagement role focuses on diagnosing capability needs, designing and delivering behavioural learning interventions, strengthening leadership and culture, and driving employee engagement programs that foster a high-performance, values-led environment. Description:
- Design and execute learning and development initiatives to support employee growth.

- Monitor the effectiveness of learning initiatives and make necessary improvements.
- Manage budgets and resources for training and engagement activities.
- Coordinate with external training vendors to provide specialised learning solutions.
- Maintain records of training programmes and employee participation.
- Act as a point of contact for all learning and engagement-related queries.
- Proven experience in learning and development or employee engagement within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of the ceramic industry and its workforce dynamics.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
- Proficiency in utilising learning management systems and training tools.
