We are hiring for a leading international BPM organization in the Insurance Domain.
We are looking for someone with more than 10 years of experience in FP&A in IT.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with IT and finance teams to integrate financial systems with enterprise IT platforms. Ensure seamless data flow between financial systems and other business applications.
- Lead finance integration projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Serve as strategic liaison between Divisional IT and Finance, providing financial guidance, decision support around technology spend/ investments.
- Collaborate with IT leaders to develop and manage the budgets, ensuring alignment with business strategy and financial objectives. Provide recommendations on technology investments based on financial considerations.
- To support IT leadership with financial decision-making, providing data-driven insights to drive strategic decisions. Monitor IT spending and ensure alignment with financial goals and business objectives, including project forecasting and estimations.
- Oversee the financial aspects of IT projects, including cost tracking, budget adherence, and financial reporting.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization within the IT department. Analyse IT spending patterns, identify areas of inefficiency, and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Analyse financial performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve IT cost efficiency and value.
- Assist in the evaluation and prioritization of IT investments and expenditures.
- Should also have exposure to areas of procurement and accounts payable, exposure to IT SOWs/contracts, invoice scrutiny, and corporate IT procurement.
Required Qualification and Experience:
- CA Qualified / PGDM/MBA in Finance
- FP&A experience in IT
