Deputy Manager - Inventory Control & Planning - Retail Fast Fashion

Job Description

We are currently hiring either an assistant manager or a deputy manager to handle inventory control and planning for a globally, well-known fast fashion brand.

Potion is based in Gurgaon for Indias retail operations with focus on retail allocation.

About the Role

Inventory Control team is looking for members. The role is creating an attractive sales floor (location, matches local seasonal characteristic, volume, facing, and promotion),make sales and inventory plan by color and size unit for each store in order to achieve customer satisfaction.

We train store manager and store staff on our inventory management system and support store sales and profit maximization.

The ideal Candidate has math and analytical skills, and relevant computer software knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

- Create the best plan of product range, store layout, allocation timing and quantity of products to maximize each store's sales and profit.

- Confirm the sales by store and product, and order the missing items from the company's warehouse to the store. Do not disappoint customers due to missing items.

- Train store manager and store staff on our inventory management system.

- Collaborate with other departments such as store operation, merchandising planning, logistics and in-store merchandising to Achieve the company's goal as one team.

Qualifications

- The ideal candidate have at least 3-6 years of business experience.

- Math and analytical skills, and relevant computer software knowledge including

- Strong common on Microsoft Excel.

- Sensitivity to working with a different culture and the communication skills.
