Deputy Manager - Internal Audit - Manufacturing

About the Role:

A leading manufacturing organization is looking for a Technical Internal Audit professional to support operations and process audits across manufacturing facilities. The role involves conducting operational and technical audits, analyzing manufacturing processes, preparing audit reports, and driving audit closure through stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct operational, technical, and process audits as per the audit plan.

- Review manufacturing processes, analyze data, and identify improvement opportunities.

- Prepare audit checklists, draft audit reports, and document observations.

- Participate in audit opening and closing meetings with stakeholders.

- Track audit action plans and maintain audit documentation.

- Present audit findings to senior audit leadership and support departmental initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 25 years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering environment.

- Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Production, or Metallurgical Engineering.

- Strong analytical, report writing, and communication skills.

- Exposure to manufacturing quality systems and process improvement.

- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems will be an advantage.

- Willing to work onsite from Mumbai.
