Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to join our Information Systems Audit team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing comprehensive IS and cybersecurity audits.

This position requires strong leadership and team management skills, as well as the ability to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. You will play a key role in mentoring your team and driving process improvements to enhance the bank's security posture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage Information Systems (IS) and Cyber Security audits, ensuring all activities are completed on time.

- Oversee audits of IT-related activities handled by third-party vendors, making sure they follow our company and government rules.

- Check that we are following all internal policies, as well as guidelines from the RBI and other international best practices.

- Work with different teams to find weaknesses in our systems and help fix them to make the bank more secure.

- Handle special and compliance-related audits as needed.

- Write clear and detailed reports on all audit findings and make sure they follow our company's guidelines.

- Work closely with various departments to gather information and ensure any identified issues are fixed promptly.

- Lead by example and mentor team members, sharing your knowledge to help them grow and improve their skills.

- Drive team performance by making sure all assigned audits are done efficiently and on schedule.

- Help your team follow up on audit findings and ensure all reports are finalized within our timelines.

- Review and update our audit processes and checklists regularly to keep up with the latest regulations and cyber threats.

Required Skills & Experience:

Professional Certifications (Mandatory):

- A valid CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) from ISACA, USA.

Experience:

- At least 4 years of work experience in the financial services, IT, or a related field.

- At least 2 years of that experience should be in IS Audit or a similar role.

Team & Management Skills:

- A proven ability to manage and guide a team.

- Excellent communication and people skills to work well with different departments.

- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
