Deputy Manager - Ind AS & Financial Reporting Consolidation - CA

Description:

A leading diversified Indian corporate group is hiring Chartered Accountants to join its Corporate Accounts Consolidation team. The role will focus on preparation of consolidated financial statements, Ind AS compliance, regulatory reporting, and coordination with group entities and auditors. This is a high-exposure role with direct involvement in group-level financial reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements (allocated scope)

- Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, and SEBI LODR requirements

- Perform inter-company reconciliations and support group budgeting consolidation

- Coordinate with group companies for financial data and critical accounting matters

- Interact with statutory auditors during audits and reviews

- Analyse transactions and events for accounting implications and implementation

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (1st / 2nd / 3rd attempt only)

- Strong hands-on exposure to consolidation and Ind AS during articleship

- Sound understanding of SEBI LODR and corporate financial reporting

- Prior exposure to consolidation tools

- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills

- Must be Mumbai-based and willing to work onsite from Worli
