
About the Role:
We are looking for a high-potential HR professional to join our Human Resources team and drive strategic people initiatives across Talent Management, Organization Development (OD), Performance Management, Learning & Development (L&D), and HR Excellence. The role offers an opportunity to work closely with business leaders to build a high-performing, future-ready organization through innovative HR practices and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Management:
- Design and execute enterprise-wide talent management initiatives aligned with business strategy.
- Drive talent review, succession planning, leadership pipeline development, and critical role mapping.
- Identify and develop High-Potential (HiPo) talent through structured assessment and development programs.
- Facilitate Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and monitor leadership readiness.
- Partner with business leaders to strengthen internal talent mobility and retention.
2. Performance Management:
- Lead the end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, and calibration.
- Continuously enhance the performance framework to promote a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance conversations, feedback, and development planning.
- Analyze performance trends and recommend interventions to improve organizational effectiveness.
3. Organization Development (OD):
- Support organization design, workforce planning, competency framework development, and change management initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement and culture-building interventions based on organizational priorities.
- Lead initiatives focused on organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience.
- Facilitate change management programs during business transformation and growth initiatives.
4. Learning & Development:
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop capability-building programs aligned with business requirements.
- Design and implement leadership development, functional capability, and behavioral learning interventions.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness using measurable outcomes and business impact.
- Foster a continuous learning culture through digital learning platforms and innovative learning solutions.
5. HR Excellence & Transformation:
- Drive HR process excellence, policy enhancement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate on HR digitization and automation projects to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
- Develop HR dashboards and people analytics to support strategic decision-making.
- Benchmark HR practices with industry standards and recommend best-in-class solutions.
6. HR Business Partnering:
- Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with business objectives.
- Advise stakeholders on talent, performance, organizational capability, and workforce planning.
- Support key organizational initiatives including restructuring, mergers, business expansion, and transformation projects.
- Build trusted relationships across functions and influence key people decisions.
Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in Talent Management, HRBP, OD, PMS, L&D, or HR Strategy.
