Key Responsibilities:

- Lead core HR operations including onboarding, induction, offboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance.

- Act as a key employee-facing HR representative, ensuring clear communication and seamless employee experience.

- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HRMS data integrity.

- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for payroll processing, benefits, and statutory compliance.

- Assist in creating, implementing, and auditing HR policies and SOPs.

- Provide support in performance management, engagement programs, and HR data reporting.

- Ensure organizational compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.

What Were Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in HR operations (not recruitment-focused).

Strong expertise in:

- Employee onboarding/offboarding

- Salary processing & payroll coordination

- Labour compliance and audits

- Employee communication & grievance handling

- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing abilities.

- High attention to detail, process ownership, and organizational skills.

- Familiarity with HRMS tools and reporting.

Qualification: Graduate (mandatory); Postgraduate in HR preferred.

Additional Information:

- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, Sector 62.

- Candidates with recruitment-only profiles will not be considered.

- Looking for immediate joiners or those with less than 30 days notice
