Mandatory Criteria:


- Candidate must have minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resource Management as a DM or Manager, with a must team handling experience and fluent communication skills.

- Candidate must have handled at least 1300 employee headcount.

- Candidate must be at Manager or Deputy Manager level currently (Assistant Manager designation will not be considered).

- Need candidates from International BPO, KPO, or BPM industry only.

- Candidate must have strong expertise in Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, formulas, MIS reporting etc.)

- Candidate must be comfortable working in evening/UK shifts (5:30 PM 3:00 AM) and with Rotational Shifts.

- The candidate should have core HRBP experience, including grievance handling, employee retention, performance management (PMS), stakeholder management, and employee engagement. They should also have supported all key HR functions and managed end-to-end (360) HR operations.

Note: There are 2 vacancies for this role one for the Night Shift (5:30 PM 3:00 AM) and one for the Mid-Day+ Night shift both (11:30 AM 9:00 PM) at different locations in Noida.

Key Responsibilities:


- Plan, execute, and implement internal communication and employee engagement programs aligned with company objectives.

- Support stakeholders including Recruitment, HR Operations, Payroll, Compliance and Management teams with communication and design requirements.

- Design, implement, and conduct service line orientations for new joiners.

- Handle employee communication through Focus Group sessions, Meet the Leader sessions, and drive timely execution of action plans.

- Facilitate Fun Committees and periodic engagement activities.

- Conceptualize and execute the employee engagement strategy through surveys, events, and recognition programs.

- Ensure all communications are brand compliant and meet organizational standards.

- Drive engagement on internal social media platforms to increase visibility of initiatives.

- Administer counseling, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary actions in collaboration with the Compliance team.

- Prepare and present various business reports as required.

Requirements:


- Proven experience as an HRBP, preferably in large-scale, fast-paced environments.

- Awareness of key HR metrics like attrition, shrinkage, WFM, etc.

- Strong experience in event management, including planning and executing large-scale events.

- Ability to use technology and digital media to enhance communication effectiveness.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Publisher, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Live Meeting).

- High energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment.

- Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills with an approachable style.

- Strong judgment, patience, and tact in challenging situations.

- Willingness to work night shifts.
