Deputy Manager - Financial Reporting & Consolidation

Title of the Job : Deputy Manager

Job Purpose : Qualified Chartered Accountant for Consolidation, financial reporting, Compliances

Experience required : 4-5 years , preference for candidates with experience in listed companies

Key Activities in the job:

Consolidation:

This will be key role:

- Preparation of quarterly/annual consolidated financials

- Co-ordination with all the subsidiaries, their auditors, group auditors

- Need required skill for this activity because this is time sensitive job which involves many team members across different geographies

- Quarterly forecast of consolidated financials

- Preparation of quarterly results along with cash flow, segment reporting

- Preparation of consolidated financial statements along with notes, cash flow

- Fully responsible for consolidated financial statements

Compliance:

- FEMA compliances for ODI transactions

- Annual returns under ODI regulations

- Filing of transfer pricing report, CBCR, master file

- Preparation for board meetings - presentation, analysis, back-ups

Key Deliverables of the job:

- Timely completion of quarterly consolidated financial statements

- Effective co-ordination with all the relevant team members and auditors in the group

- To resolve audit matters by discussing with respective teams

- Ensure timely submission of all related compliances, returns, filings etc.
