Deputy Manager - Finance

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Finance Manager to join our growing organization.

The ideal candidate is a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 6+ years of strong hands-on experience across accounting, taxation, banking, and multi-entity financial operations.

Key Requirements:

- Qualified CA

- 6+ years of experience in:

- Day-to-day accounting & taxation

- Multi-country & multi-entity account consolidation

- India & international banking operations

- Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, audits & reporting

- Proven experience managing end-to-end finance operations

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Controlling & Compliance:

- Oversee end-to-end financial controlling for multiple group entities

- Ensure statutory compliance, proper record keeping, and risk-free tax positions (Direct & Indirect Taxes)

- Drive timely monthly book closures, finalization of accounts & audit completion (Statutory, Tax, Internal)

Banking, Cash Flow & Funding:

- Manage India & international banking operations

- Ensure adequate liquidity for all entities with proactive cash-flow planning

- Arrange working capital financing, asset financing & non-fund-based limits (Bank Guarantees, etc)

- Maintain strong banking relationships across entities

Accounts Payable & Operational Finance:

- Manage AP function including purchase accounting, vendor payments & reconciliation

- Forecast fund requirements and ensure timely vendor payments

- Upgrade finance processes to support organizational growth

Budgeting, Forecasting & MIS:

- Prepare annual OPEX budgets and ensure strict budgetary controls

- Conduct variance analysis & trend analysis

- Deliver monthly OPEX forecasts within 5 days of month close

- Prepare MIS reports and analytical reports for CFO & leadership
