Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Project Ownership:

- Lead projects from data gathering and data pipeline development to model building, evaluation, and production deployment.

2. Programming & Tools:

- Strong proficiency in Python and/or R.

- Advanced skills in SQL for database querying and data manipulation.

- Experience with major data science and AI/ML frameworks, including: pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn

- TensorFlow / PyTorch

- LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI APIs, etc.

3. Cloud Platforms:

- Practical experience working with cloud-based data science environments.

- Familiarity with AWS services for ETL, model development, deployment, and orchestration.

4. Machine Learning & Deep Learning Expertise:

- Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised ML/DL algorithms.

- Ability to apply advanced analytics techniques to solve real-world business problems.

5. Data Pipeline & Solution Architecture:

- Experience designing end-to-end data pipelines and ML solution architectures.

- Demonstrated ability to take models from prototype to production-grade systems.

6. MLOps (Preferred):

Knowledge of MLOps best practices, including:

- Model version control

- CI/CD pipelines

- Automated testing and monitoring

- Experience with tools like MLflow, DVC, Airflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, etc., is an advantage.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, data science, Statistics, or a related field, or a recognized certification from a reputed institute.

Experience:

- 6 to 8 years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, AI/GenAI, or advanced analytics roles.

- Proven track record of developing, deploying, and scaling data driven solutions.
