About the Role:

We are looking for a Deputy Manager - Costing & MIS with strong expertise in costing, MIS, and financial reporting in a manufacturing setup. The role involves product costing, variance analysis, inventory valuation, and supporting decision-making with accurate MIS reports.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze actual manufacturing costs & prepare periodic reports

- Perform variance analysis & margin analysis (customers/products)

- Prepare estimates for new & proposed product costs

- Lead costing & MIS team, ensure timely reporting

- Handle cost audit, inventory valuation, and SAP-based reporting

Qualifications & Experience:

- CMA Qualification (Mandatory)

- 1-3 years post-qualification experience

- Strong knowledge of Product Costing, BOM, Standard Costing, MIS, Cost Audit

- Hands-on experience with SAP & Excel

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
