Job Purpose:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to handle consolidation, financial reporting, and statutory compliances. The role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to manage time-sensitive deliverables across multiple stakeholders.

Experience Required: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, with preference for candidates having exposure to listed companies.

Key Responsibilities:

- The role will primarily focus on consolidation activities, which is a critical responsibility.

- This includes preparation of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements and forecasts.

- The incumbent will coordinate closely with group subsidiaries, their auditors, and group auditors across different geographies.

- The role involves preparation of quarterly results including cash flow and segment reporting, preparation of consolidated financial statements along with notes and cash flow statements, and end-to-end responsibility for consolidated financials.

- The position will also handle compliance-related activities including FEMA compliances for ODI transactions, filing of annual returns under ODI regulations, and filing of transfer pricing reports, CBCR, and master file.

- Additionally, the role will support preparation for board meetings through presentations, financial analysis, and supporting documents.

Key Deliverables:

Timely completion of quarterly consolidated financial statements is a key deliverable. The role requires effective coordination with internal teams and auditors across the group, proactive resolution of audit matters through discussions with relevant stakeholders, and ensuring timely submission of all statutory compliances, returns, and filings.
