Description:
Role Overview
- The Deputy Manager in the Circular Economy Division will be responsible for driving raw material sourcing, managing import operations, developing new business opportunities, and supporting the divisions strategic growth.
- The role requires expertise in monomers (MMA, BA, MAA, etc.), strong marketing and sales capabilities, and an understanding of supply chain and customs processes.
- The ideal candidate is confident, communicates effectively, leads teams with ease, and can build strong relationships with global suppliers and domestic customers.
Key Responsibilities
Raw Material & Monomer Management:
- Handle end-to-end procurement of monomers such as MMA, BA, MAA, and other key raw materials.
- Coordinate with international suppliers, particularly in Korea, Japan, and other regions.
- Monitor global price trends, supply availability, and technical specifications.
Import & Supply Chain Operations:
- Oversee import documentation, customs clearance processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure timely delivery and optimal inventory levels to support production requirements.
- Collaborate with logistics, warehousing, and commercial teams for seamless supply chain operations.
Business Development & Customer Acquisition:
- Identify and onboard new customers within the circular economy and materials segment.
- Develop market intelligence, explore new applications, and support product positioning.
- Build strong customer relationships to enhance sales and revenue growth.
Marketing & Sales:
- Drive sales strategies for monomers and related materials.
- Prepare market forecasts, pricing proposals, and monthly sales reports.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, customer meetings, and promotional activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with technical, sustainability, R&D, and production teams to support circular economy initiatives.
- Support management in implementing new projects, partnerships, and sustainability programs.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Provide guidance to junior team members and ensure smooth execution of departmental goals.
- Demonstrate strong decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Required Skills & Competencies
- In-depth knowledge of monomers (MMA, BA, MAA, etc.) and chemical industry dynamics.
- Hands-on experience with import operations, customs, and supply chain workflows.
- Strong skills in marketing, sales, and new business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results
