Key Responsibilities

- Promote high-end product portfolios to ensure inclusion in key commercial and residential

projects.

- Identify and track upcoming projects, driving early-stage engagement and influence.

- Conduct impactful product presentations, design consultations, and sample sharing to support decision-making.

- Collaborate with internal sales and project teams to convert specifications into successful closures.

Candidate Profile

Experience: 58 years in business development, ideally with experience in architect/influencer-driven sales.

Industry Background: Building materials, luxury interiors, architectural or design-driven products preferred.

Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Location: Based in or willing to travel extensively across Dehradun and the Uttarakhand region.

Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related disciplines.
