Role - Service Sales
Designation: AM / DM
Reporting to: Director, Sales
Client-facing: Yes
Travel: Within Mumbai and Pune
Requirements:
- Post Graduation: MBA (full-time) from a Tier II College
- Post-MBA professional experience: 2+ years in a professional set-up
Skillset / Expectations:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and non-verbal).
- 2+years of experience of B2B sales (in some or the other capacity) for a company that offers services to its clients.
Responsibilities:
- The person will start with this role but one year or so down the line, this role will evolve into complete front ending.
- Qualification of leads by attending introductory meetings (online and/or in-person) with potential clients-side stakeholders.
- Providing the first response to new business-related queries received from internal teams and/or external prospects.
- Preparing sales-related documents, e.g., fact sheets, questionnaires, approach notes, pitch decks/proposals, and SoWs.
- Preparing sales-related reports for the senior leadership. Examples of reports - Sales MIS, tracker(s) for leads, ad-hoc reports.
- Supporting the senior sales leaders in Pricing-related discussions, Co-ordination with various HoDs - operations (outsourcing, analytics, project management, cybersecurity, procurement) and support functions (Legal, Admin, IT, Marketing, Finance, Data consolidation, Market research - competition's offerings, prospective clients, prevailing / upcoming technologies and trends, potential targets for alliances and partnerships
- Preparation of Business Cases for the senior management & Sales-related admin tasks
- Ability to interact and engage with client-side senior stakeholders (decision makers and influencers) through phone, email, and in-person meetings. These stakeholders could be foreign nationals based outside India.
- Mandate Experience with contractual documents, e.g., Master Service Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), etc.
- High-level of competency in MS Excel (pricing models, analysis of large data sets, complex RFP-related documents), MS Word, and MS PowerPoint (preparation of client-facing decks).
- Analytical skills.
- Ability to perform under the pressure of timelines.
Work:
- No closing of deals or lead generation is expected from this candidate in year 1
- ACV target will be there but that will be one of the things in KRA,
Mandatory experience:
- Exceptional MS office skills,
- Should be good at making presentations,
- Should be good at reporting (MIS, some support on ABP etc.),
- Prior sales experience is not restricted to BPM sales or any other consulting sales - SaaS sales or services sales experience is preferred. Product sales exp is not preferred.
