Role Overview:

Hiring a dynamic and results-oriented DM/AM Corporate HR to join leading conglomerate for its cement business in Delhi. In this role, you will be a key partner to business leaders, providing comprehensive HR support and driving talent acquisition initiatives.


You will work closely with various departments, understanding their specific needs and contributing to the overall success of the organization by ensuring we have the right talent and a thriving work environment. This role directly impacts our ability to attract, retain, and develop top talent, ultimately contributing to our business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely fulfillment of hiring needs.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives and legal requirements, ensuring a fair and consistent approach to employee relations.

- Provide HR guidance and support to employees and managers on a variety of topics, including performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.

- Conduct employee investigations and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and impartial process and minimizing legal risk.

- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions to address these issues.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of talent management programs, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.

- Employee Onboarding and offboarding, Performance Management System, Employee Relations and Engagement, HR Operations & Records Management,HR MIS and Reporting

Required Skillset:

- 2 years regular MBA with Demonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, with a strong focus on candidate experience.

- Proven ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees at all levels of the organization.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate HR policies and procedures.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- A Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
