Description:
- Role: Deputy HR Head for each of the delivery Centre and to lead end-to-end HR operations and drive people strategy at assigned locations.
- Location: Durgapur, Jaipur and Madurai
- Experience: 1015 years in HR (minimum 5 years in a leadership role)
- Compensation: Competitive, as per market standards
- Reporting to : VP HR (CHRO)
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive employee engagement, culture, and retention initiatives.
- Manage performance management cycles, learning, and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and labor law requirements.
- Oversee HR operations - payroll, attendance, and HR systems.
- Act as a bridge between local teams and corporate HR leadership.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: 1015 years in HR, with minimum 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, HR operations, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience in multi-location or large-scale operations preferred.
