Deputy Head/Vice President - Consolidation - CA

We're hiring for the profile of Deputy Head (VP)- Consolidation for Delhi location

Qualifications/ Experience: CA with min 18+ years of exp

Reporting to : Head - Consolidation

Budget: 85-87 LPA (including 15% variable)

NOTE: Strong experience- consolidation, financial closing, India Accounting Standards, IFRS. Should have handled consolidation of at least 30 to 40 entities .

1. JOB PURPOSE:

- Strong technical knowledge of Ind-AS/IFRS and ability to manage consolidation of listed entity having more than 150 subsidiaries, joint ventures. This person is expected to play an active role in the finance function as well as assist the CFO in M&A, fund raising activities.

- Further the person should be able to handle statutory audit, audit issues of subsidiaries/JVs, implementation of new accounting standards at group level, implementation of consolidation tools, accounting matters of acquisition/disposal of JVs/Subsidiaries, impairments, fair valuation etc

2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Lead Group consolidation and financial reporting for 150+ subsidiaries/JVs in compliance with Companies Act, Ind-AS/IFRS and SEBI requirements

- Handle complex accounting matters including business combinations, impairment, valuation, financial instruments, forex and JV accounting

- Experience in fund raising activities (like bond/QIP/IPO)

- Manage quarterly/annual financials, MIS, budgeting and performance reporting across sectors

- Coordinate with statutory and international auditors and ensure timely audit closures

- Support mergers, demergers, carve-outs and fund-raising transactions (IPO/QIP/Bonds)

- Present financial insights to CFO, Board, Audit Committee and senior leadership

- Collaborate with global stakeholders including Groupe ADP for reporting and compliance

- Strengthen finance systems, policies, controls and lead finance teams across the Group
