We are looking for an experienced Deputy Head - Security & Fire Safety to lead plant security, fire safety and emergency preparedness at a large-scale manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead plant security, access control, surveillance and manpower management
- Drive fire prevention, emergency response and safety drills
- Conduct security audits, risk assessments and incident investigations
- Ensure statutory and internal compliance
- Coordinate with police, government authorities and plant functions
- Lead and train the Security & Fire Safety team
Ideal Profile:
- Graduate/PG with 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Experience in plant/manufacturing or industrial security
- Defence/paramilitary background preferred: Army, Air Force, CRPF, CISF, BSF
- Hands-on exposure to Fire Safety, Emergency Preparedness and Team Management
- Mid-to-senior level security professional
