Job Description :

Our client is looking for a seasoned Treasury and Project Finance professional to lead financing initiatives for a rapidly growing Infra firm. The role will be instrumental in raising capital for existing and upcoming projects, managing lender relationships, and driving structured financing solutions to support business growth.

The incumbent will work closely with leadership, banks, financial institutions, and external stakeholders to build scalable funding structures and optimize capital deployment across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Finance & Capital Raising:

- Lead debt raising initiatives for industrial park and infrastructure development projects.

- Structure and execute project financing, construction financing, and asset-backed funding transactions.

- Drive capital raising discussions with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and other lending partners.

- Develop innovative financing structures aligned with project requirements and growth plans.

- Support financing for multiple upcoming industrial park developments.

Banking & Lender Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and lending partners.

- Act as the primary interface for financing discussions, negotiations, and transaction execution.

- Manage lender due diligence, documentation, covenant compliance, and reporting requirements.

- Drive negotiations on pricing, terms, security structures, and funding timelines.

Treasury & Capital Management:

- Oversee liquidity planning and capital allocation across projects.

- Monitor debt portfolios and optimize funding costs.

- Support treasury strategy, cash flow planning, and working capital requirements.

- Evaluate opportunities for refinancing and cost-of-funds optimization.

Strategic Business Partnering:

- Work closely with senior leadership on long-term capital planning and funding strategy.

- Assess financing requirements for future developments and expansion projects.

- Provide insights on leverage, capital structure, and financing alternatives.

- Support strategic initiatives requiring funding and investment evaluation.

Governance & Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with financing agreements, lender covenants, and regulatory requirements.

- Manage interactions with auditors, legal advisors, and financial institutions.

- Ensure adherence to FEMA, RBI, and other applicable regulatory guidelines.

Candidate Profile:

- CA and/or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.

- 1014 years of experience in Treasury, Project Finance, Corporate Finance, or Capital Raising.

- Strong experience in raising debt and managing relationships with banks and financial institutions.

- Experience in infrastructure, industrial parks, real estate, commercial leasing, logistics parks, warehousing, or asset-heavy businesses preferred.

- Strong understanding of structured financing, project finance, and asset-backed funding.

- Demonstrated experience in lender negotiations and transaction execution.
