Deputy General Manager - Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner - D2C

We're hiring: AGM/DGM HR (TA Business Partner)

Location: Pune (6 days WFO - turning to alternate Saturdays post August)

Role Snapshot:

- A unique blend of Talent Acquisition + HRBP

- Drive leadership hiring while supporting junior hiring through the team

- Partner with business on PMS, HR Ops, Talent Management & compliances

- Play a key role in building structure, teams, and culture in a fast-scaling setup

Ideal Profile:

- 8-10 years of experience

- Strong background in TA (7-8 years) + HRBP exposure (2-3 years)

- Experience in D2C / FMCG / E-commerce / startup environments

- Someone who can think strategically but execute hands-on
