Description:
Strategic Planning & Analysis:
- Conduct in depth market research , competitive analysis and financial modelling to identify new business opportunities and risks.
- Preparing the financial model.
- Lead and manage end to end strategic projects , work with cross functional teams ( finance , marketing , operations ) .
- Closely work with CEO and providing objective analysis and strategic support on a wide range of topics , including market entry , new launches , Operational efficiency improvement .
- Strategic initiatives experience is must.
- 4-6 years in Management consulting related to real estate or a similar strategic function in industry also.
Experience:
- 3-8 Years
Qualification:
- MBA Passout from IIM only
- Excellent communication skills
