Deputy General Manager/Senior Manager - Treasury & MIS - Manufacturing Firm - CA

Role: DGM / Senior Manager - Treasury & MIS | Budget - 40 LPA | Experience - 10-15 Years | Location: Mumbai | CA Mandatory

We are hiring for a key finance role with a well-established, listed manufacturing organization. The role sits within the core finance function and works closely with the CFO, with end-to-end ownership of treasury and MIS.

Key Responsibilities

Treasury Management:

- Manage overall treasury operations including cash flow planning, liquidity management, and fund allocation

- Handle banking relationships, working capital facilities, and borrowings (fund-based and non-fund based)

- Monitor daily cash positions and ensure optimal utilization of funds

- Drive initiatives around interest cost optimization and efficient capital deployment

- Ensure compliance with banking covenants and regulatory requirements

MIS & Financial Planning:

- Lead preparation of MIS reports, dashboards, and variance analysis for senior management

- Provide insights on working capital, cash flow, and financial performance

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

- Work closely with business and leadership teams to drive data-backed decision making

Stakeholder Management:

- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders

- Support CFO in strategic finance initiatives and decision-making

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Chartered Accountant with 10-15 years of experience

- Strong experience in treasury operations (mandatory)

- Exposure to borrowings, banking relationships, and working capital management

- Experience in MIS, reporting, and financial analysis

- Background in manufacturing / infrastructure / capital-intensive industries preferred

- Stable career with consistent tenure across roles
