Deputy General Manager/Senior Manager/Manager - Finance & Accounts/Controllership - CA

Educational Qualification:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) - Must. Without CA, applications shall not be considered.

1) AGM/Sr Manager F&A (Controllership/ General Ledger Accounting ) - CA with 10+ years of experience

2) Manager/ Asst Manager-F&A (Controllership/ General Ledger Accounting ) - 6- 9 years

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant having required experience in Accounting and Controllership to lead our Controllership tower. This role will be responsible for driving financial governance, ensuring compliance with INDAS/IGAAP standards, and maintaining robust internal controls across multiple entities (REITs, Private Funds, Service Entities).

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and execute Controllership strategy aligned with organizational goals.

- Oversee financial accounting, GL processes, Chart of Accounts, and intercompany reconciliations.

- Ensure timely closure of books, accurate financial reporting, and audit readiness.

- Lead fixed asset accounting, capitalization, and CWIP/AUC integrity.

- Manage Direct & Indirect Tax compliance (GST, TDS, ITR, SEZ filings) and support tax assessments.

- Partner with business teams on acquisitions/divestments and provide due diligence support.

- Drive automation, digitization, and process improvements in finance operations.

Qualifications :

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10+ years of Controllership/Accounting experience.

- Strong expertise in INDAS, real estate/fund management accounting, and Indian tax compliance.

- Advanced knowledge of SAP (preferred), MS Office, and excellent analytical skills.
