Job Summary:
We're seeking a seasoned Delivery Leader to own the end-to-end delivery and P&L for large-scale Hire-to-Retire HRO engagements. You'll be instrumental in driving operational excellence, fostering strong client partnerships, and leading diverse teams of 200+ employees.
Key Responsibilities:
P&L Ownership & Growth: Manage full P&L for assigned HRO engagements, achieving financial targets and identifying growth opportunities.
Strategic Client Management: Build and nurture executive-level client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and service expansion.
Operational Excellence: Drive efficiency and quality across all Hire-to-Retire processes (Onboarding, Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, etc.).
Large Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team exceeding 200 HRO professionals.
Risk & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to HRO regulations, contractual obligations, and data privacy standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 15+ years in HRO delivery/operations, with deep expertise in the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle.
- Proven success managing large HRO engagements and multi-million dollar P&Ls.
- Extensive experience leading teams of 200+ employees.
- Strong understanding of HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
- Exceptional client relationship, financial acumen, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's or relevant certifications (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, PMP) preferred.
