Deputy General Manager/Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

A leading diversified conglomerate is hiring an FP&A leader to drive cash flow planning, budgeting, and capital allocation at a corporate level. The role involves end-to-end ownership of financial planning cycles, variance analysis, and management reporting. The position will closely partner with business units and group entities to optimize liquidity, improve financial visibility, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead cash flow planning, tracking inflows/outflows, capex, and investments

- Drive annual budgeting and monthly variance analysis across functions

- Build and maintain management dashboards for financial performance tracking

- Evaluate and prioritize capital allocation and investment opportunities

- Collaborate with group entities on cash flow optimization initiatives

- Drive automation and process efficiency in financial planning and reporting

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- 8 to 12 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial reporting

- Strong expertise in cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting

- Background in large corporates / conglomerates / manufacturing preferred

- CA or MBA from a reputed institution

- Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities

- Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate (onsite role)
