About the Role:
We are seeking a high-caliber professional to lead our Export Sales operations for Aluminum and Non-Ferrous Metals.
This role involves developing global markets, managing international clients, and driving business growth across multiple geographies while ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement export sales strategies for Aluminum / Non-Ferrous products.
- Identify and establish business opportunities across Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
- Build and manage relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and agents.
- Negotiate and close export contracts, ensuring profitability and compliance.
- Track export market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, finance, and marketing teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Oversee export documentation, customs procedures, and international trade regulations.
- Lead and mentor the export sales team; define KPIs and monitor performance.
- Prepare periodic MIS and performance reports for senior management.
- Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and B2B meets.
Candidate Profile:
Education:
BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (mandatory)
MBA in Sales / Marketing / International Business (preferred)
Experience:
- 12-20 years of experience in Export Sales / International Business
- At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role in manufacturing industry
- Background in metals / aluminum / non-ferrous / recycling / foundry / smelting preferred
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of global trade laws, incoterms, LCs, and logistics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Experience in SAP / ERP environment
Additional Details:
- Frequent international travel required.
- Reports to SBU Head Aluminum Business.
- Role based at Corporate Office, Jaipur.
