Designation: Deputy General Manager (DGM) - Sales, West

As discussed, we are currently looking for a DGM Sales, West for one of our Leading clients in the Paint industry.

Company profile: Manufacturer of Decorative paints, Wood Finishes, Construction Chemical and Auto Refinish.

Base Location: Pune (Preferred).

Reporting To: Chief Business Officer

Job Description: To lead business growth, strengthen market penetration, drive distribution expansion, and build high-performing sales teams across the assigned geography while ensuring profitable and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales growth, collections, and market share across the assigned cluster.

- Lead and develop Branch Managers and sales teams to deliver business objectives.

- Strengthen dealer/distributor networks and drive expansion of key accounts.

- Ensure effective execution of trade schemes, BTL activities, contractor engagement, and market development initiatives.

- Monitor depot operations, inventory management, and overall sales execution.

- Build a strong talent pipeline and maintain adequate manpower across the region.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless business operations and achievement of growth targets.

- Drive market penetration, product mix improvement, and sustainable business growth.
