We're looking for an experienced Deputy General Manager Sales (Freight Forwarding) to drive business growth, acquire new customers, manage key enterprise accounts, and deliver customized logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive new business and grow existing accounts

- Lead enterprise sales and contract negotiations

- Develop strategic logistics solutions

- Manage key customer relationships

- Achieve regional sales and revenue targets

Requirements:

- 15-20 years of experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics Sales

- Strong expertise in Ocean & Air Freight, Import & Export

- Proven track record in Solution Sales, Business Development, and Key Account Management

- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills

- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
