Key Roles & Responsibilities: DGM - Sales & Marketing
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities across existing and emerging markets.
- Principals & Product Development: Establish partnerships with new principals and manage the introduction and launch of new products.
- Customer Acquisition & Retention: Develop new customers while strengthening relationships with existing key accounts.
- Sales Strategy & Target Achievement: Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Marketing & Brand Development: Plan and implement marketing strategies to promote products and enhance brand visibility in target industries.
- Team Leadership: Build, lead, and motivate the sales and marketing team to deliver optimal performance and results.
- Vertical Management: Take full ownership and responsibility for the performance and growth of assigned business verticals.
- Key Account Management: Manage and grow strategic customer accounts to ensure long-term partnerships and sustainable revenue growth.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market intelligence, including competitor mapping, pricing trends, and emerging opportunities.
- Customer Satisfaction: Manage Pre & post-sales activities, address customer queries, complains, coordinate issue resolutions, trouble shooting and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
