Educational Qualifications:

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

- MBA in Project Management / Construction Management preferred

Industry Experience:

- Proven experience with top contracting or real estate development companies

- Hands-on exposure to execution of multiple high-rise towers

Role Overview:

- Lead end-to-end execution of high-rise construction projects

- Ensure delivery within defined cost, quality, safety, and schedule parameters

- Act as a key interface between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams

Core Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate all construction and related project activities

- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, drawings, and design basis documents

- Plan job sequencing and resource deployment for timely project execution

- Control project cost, quality benchmarks, and delivery timelines

- Coordinate with engineering, design, and PMC teams for smooth execution

- Drive value engineering and cost optimization initiatives

- Manage interfaces with ECC and key contractors to meet schedule targets

- Align planning, QS, contracts, and procurement activities with execution milestones

- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as required

- Ensure adherence to statutory, safety, and quality compliance norms

- Lead site teams and foster a performance-driven execution culture

- Timely completion of high-rise projects as per approved schedules

- Achievement of cost targets through effective planning and controls

- Compliance with quality standards and zero major audit non-conformities

- Successful implementation of value engineering initiatives

- Effective coordination with consultants, PMC, and contractors

- High safety compliance and reduction in site incidents

Skill Sets & Competencies:

- Expertise in high-rise RCC and steel structure construction

- Strong understanding of complex structural systems and large-span buildings

- In-depth knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and execution control

- Proficiency in cost management, budgeting, and contracts administration

- Experience in interface management and stakeholder coordination

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Ability to drive value engineering and constructability improvements

- Sound knowledge of construction safety, quality, and compliance norms

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills

Preferred Experience:

- Execution of residential, commercial, office towers, malls, and hotel projects

- Experience in large-scale real estate development environments

- Ability to commute to and work full-time from the Powai project location
