DGM - Plant HR: Chengalpattu
Role & Responsibility:
- Partner with business leadership to understand the Business requirement and try to fulfil or suggest improvement plan.
- Provide HR guidance and coaching to plant leadership
- Identify pain areas within employee life cycle and address to improve employee engagement levels and address attrition
- Identify critical roles as per business priorities and plan for succession
- Understand the talent priorities of the site, identify development needs and drive programs to address the same
- Identify manpower requirement based on the business priorities and requirements and plan Budget, hiring accordingly
- Responsible for driving the corporate projects related to talent management, Learning & Development
- Training & Development: Identify needs and plan for technical training calendar accordingly
- Promote culture of high performance and fair performance evaluation by driving PMS process effectively as per corporate guidelines
- Guide and coach HR team members to take higher responsibility, effective stakeholder management and develop next line of leaders.
- Liaison with various labour related Government authorities
- Ensure compliance with all statutory laws and regulations
- Maintain healthy and productive work environment, identify and resolve employee grievances in timely manner
- Take appropriate disciplinary actions if needed as per laid down processes
- Contract Labour Management - Maintain Harmonious and productive IR environment. Keep track of productivity and identify scope of cost savings. Ensure all statutory compliances are followed by manpower vendors
- HR SOPs : Compliance of cGMP and Revision of SOPs, Checking and reviewing of SOPs and documentation of formats related to all HR related SOPs

Education/Qualification MBA- HR
Experience 10 to 15 Years
