Description: To lead and optimize end-to-end Supply Chain, Procurement, and Contract Operations across the organization, driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, and agility through strategic sourcing, vendor management, and advanced planning frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Supply Chain Leadership:

- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the supply chain, encompassing procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.

- Implement best-in-class processes for supply chain visibility, agility, and risk mitigation.

- Lead large-scale Greenfield and Brownfield factory setup projects, ensuring timely procurement of capital equipment and infrastructure readiness.

Procurement & Contracts Management:

- Oversee end-to-end procurement operations (CAPEX & OPEX) with a focus on COGS optimization and supplier performance improvement.

- Negotiate EPC, O&M, and long-term supply contracts to ensure value creation, cost control, and compliance with organizational standards.

- Drive vendor development, global sourcing, and supplier risk assessment for strategic categories.

- Manage the complete contract lifecycle, ensuring legal, financial, and technical adherence.

Operational Excellence:

- Implement Master Production Scheduling (MPS) and integrate production planning with demand and capacity forecasting.

- Enhance import/export efficiency, inventory control, and customs compliance through process digitalization.

- Lead cost optimization initiatives using data-driven insights, Lean, and continuous improvement methodologies.

- Drive system-based planning, reporting, and real-time analytics using ERP and business intelligence tools.

Leadership & Team Development:

- Lead and mentor a high-performing cross-functional team across procurement, logistics, and planning domains.

- Establish a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

- Develop future supply chain leaders through structured capability-building programs.
