Deputy General Manager - Operations - Multi Brand Outlets

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned operations leader to drive growth and efficiency across our Multi- Brand Outlets (MBOs). The role demands strong expertise in hosiery and garments, proven distributor network management, and a track record of operational excellence across diverse regions.

Key Deliverables:

- Lead operations across designated regions (South & East OR West, North & Central India).

- Build, mentor, and manage regional teams to deliver operational excellence.

- Strengthen distributor networks to maximize market penetration and sales growth.

- Oversee end- to- end operations including supply chain, merchandising, and retail execution.

- Drive operational KPIs ensuring efficiency, profitability, and compliance.

- Collaborate with cross- functional teams (sales, marketing, finance) to achieve business objectives.

- Identify new market opportunities and implement expansion strategies.

Ideal Candidate:

- 8-9+ years of experience in operations within the hosiery/garment industry.

- Strong pedigree with proven success in managing large- scale distributor networks.

- Regional expertise in either South & East OR West, North & Central India.

- Demonstrated leadership and team handling skills across geographies.

- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities.

- Analytical and problem- solving mindset with operational rigor.

Education:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Operations, or related field preferred.
