We are looking for a well-rounded marketing leader who can think beyond campaigns and drive end-to-end business impact across a portfolio of high-value certificate programs.

This is a high-ownership role reporting directly to the CMO, where marketing is tightly linked to revenue outcomes.

NON-NEGOTIABLES (Read carefully before applying)

- 10+ years of experience in digital / consumer marketing

- Strong hands-on experience across performance marketing (Search, Meta, YouTube, Display)

- Experience in scaling lead generation AND improving conversions / revenue

- Exposure to at least 1-2 areas: Content Marketing / CRM / Marketing Automation / Video-led growth

- Must have managed a team of 5+ members

- Proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Product, Creative)

- MBA from a Tier 1 / strong Tier 2 institute (Full-time only)

- Background in consumer internet industries - Fintech / E-commerce / Foodtech preferred

- Stable career (avg. ~3+ years tenure per role)

- No long unexplained gaps

Pure performance marketing / lead-gen only profiles - NOT a fit

Backend / execution-heavy marketers without business ownership - NOT relevant

What You Will Be Doing

- Own and drive end-to-end marketing for certificate programs (domestic market)

- Co-own revenue targets along with business leadership

- Scale high-quality lead generation across digital platforms

- Improve conversion funnels, CAC, and ROI metrics

- Build and scale content, CRM, and marketing automation engines

- Partner closely with sales, product, and creative teams

- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team

- Drive innovation-led growth initiatives (video, content, new channels)
