Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build managed office sales pipeline by working on requirements from IPC, LPC channel partners, and direct clients for the entire region
- Develop and execute outreach strategy for targeted real estate channel partner firms for the relationship management
- Book introductory meetings with prospective clients and channel partners to ensure business development of MOS deals within the region
- Network with key contacts within the related industries to expand the contact base
- Conduct and organize the regular sales pipeline review and strategy execution sales- with the channel partners
- Organize and execute regional channel partner connects and propose networking events with them
- Prepare various monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management review for their regions
- Consistently maintain a high level of channel partner and member satisfaction
- Conduct face-to-face meetings including presentations, channel partners engagements, and events to advocate Companys Product
- Continually working with the landlord for the supply of the assets and keeping a track of the upcoming assets of the landlord
- Understanding of the RFP/ RFQ/tendering process of the real estate space management
- Interacting with customers and requirement gathering for the deal closure
- Provide support for channel partners and clients for the project site execution
- Facilitating conversations and negotiations to execute transaction processes.
- Understanding contract management and legalities of the lease agreement
- Be the voice of the customer to articulate feedback clearly to internal teams such as the Client Solutions team, design team
- Generating revenue and achieving sales targets
- Market insights and competition intelligence about local markets
- Complete research on building due diligence as necessary by collecting and analysing property information
