Position: DGM Lead Product Manager

Product: Loan Against Property (LAP)

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end LAP product strategy and roadmap

- Drive disbursement growth, yield, and portfolio profitability

- Enhance product features, pricing, and customer journey

- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking

- Collaborate with sales, credit, risk, ops, and tech teams

- Ensure compliance with regulatory norms and internal policies

- Lead digital initiatives and tech integrations for LAP

- Track portfolio health, risk metrics, and performance dashboards

Requirements:

- 5+ years in LAP product

- Strong knowledge of LAP policies, credit norms, and market

- MBA/PG in Finance or Marketing preferred

- Excellent in product lifecycle management & stakeholder handling
