Required Skills & Qualifications: - 8+ years of experience in commercial and hospitality interior design. - Proven track record in leading high-profile projects with outstanding design quality. - Strong communication and presentation skills with clients. - Deep knowledge of materials, costing, GFC details, and project execution. - Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and process orientation. - Ability to lead teams with entrepreneurial mindset and ownership. - Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
