Accountabilities / Expected End Results:
Major Activities:
- Project Cost Control
- Planning resources and equipment's in efficient way to control the project cost.
Cost Projection:
- Projection of resources requirement and expenses in the beginning of project through estimation.
Project Revenue:
- To coordinate with the customer for timely payment and submitting payment application on time for smooth cash flow.
Quality objective:
- To ensure the quality of product via stage wise quality checks and final joint quality check with the assistance of TELC experts
Safety objective:
- To ensure Health and Safety of technician by monitoring, controlling and training them with initial safety induction, regular tool box talk, weekly safety meetings, safety patrols and safety rewards.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Timely coordination with customer and timely completion of project with good quality will keep the customer satisfied
Technical Matters:
- To oversee all technical matters and liaise with manufacturer on all technical matters, shipment schedules ..etc.
